Bahan Puding Coklat :
- Coklat bubuk, 100 gram
- Susu segar, 1 1/2 liter
- Gula pasir, 200 gram
- Agar-agar bubuk putih, 2 bungkus
- Kuning telur, 4 butir (kocok)
Cara Membuat Puding Coklat :
- Larutkan coklat bubuk dengan sedikit susu.
- Masak sisa susu bersama dengan gula pasir dan agar - agar bubuk.
- Tambahkan larutan coklat kedalamnya, masak hingga mendidih.
- Ambil sedikit adonan susu tersebut dan tuang kedalam kocokan telur, aduk rata.
- Tuangkan kembali kedalam adonan susu, rebus hingga mendidih.
- Angkat dan aduk - aduk hingga uapnya hilang.
- Tuangkan kedalam cetakan yang sudah dibasahi air.
- Biarkan hingga mengeras, simpan dalam lemari pendingin.
- Sajikan puding dalam keadaan dingin..

Bahan Brownies Coklat Kukus :
- Tepung Terigu, 200 gr
- Gula Halus, 300 gr
- Telur, 6 butir
- Mentega, 200 gr --> dicairkan
- Baking Powder, 1/2 sendok teh
- Sp, 1/2 sendok teh
- Coklat Bubuk, 50 gr
- Coklat Blok, 150 gr --> dicairkan
Cara membuat Brownies Coklat Kukus :
- Campur telur, gula dan sp lalu mekser selama 15 menit.
- Kemudian masukkan tepung terigu, coklat bubuk, baking powder sambil terus dimekder.
- Masukkan mentega cair diaduk tapi tidak dengan mekser.
- Terakhir masukkan coklat yang telah dicairkan terus masukkan ke loyang dan kukus selama 20 menit.
- Resep ini untuk loyang ukuran 25X25 cm. Setelah selesai potong menurut selera.

Roti Pizza :
- Tepung terugu protein sedang, 500 gram
- Garam, 1/2 sendok te
- Minyak Zaitun, 2 sendok makan
- Makanan ragi instan, 1 sendok
- Air hangat, 250 gram
- Bawang Bombay, 1 buah --> cincang halus
- Bawang Putih, 1 siung --> cincang halus
- Minyak Zaitun, 2 sendok makan
- Tomat, 200 gram --> diparut
- Tomat Kaleng, 400 gram ( bisa diganti dengan 5 buah tomat) --> direbus lalu diparut
- Pasta Tomat, 50 gram
- Garam, 1 sendok teh
- Gula Pasir, 1/2 sendok teh
- Basil, 1 sendok teh
- Oregano, 2 sendok teh
- Daging, 100 gram --> cincang dibentuk bulat kecil
- Daging Ayam, 100 gram --> cincang dibentuk bulat kecil
- Bawang Bombai, 1/2 buah --> iris bulat tipis
- Paprika Hijau, 1/2 buah --> potong kotak
- Paprika Merah, 1/2 buah --> potong kotak
- Daging Asap, 50 gram --> potong kotak
- Jamur Kancing, 50 gram --> iris tipis
- Oregano, 1 sendok teh
- Keju Mozarella, 100 gram
- Minyak Zaitun, 2 sendok makan
Cara Memasak Pizza Hut:
Membuat Roti :
- Ayak Tepung terigu, lalu campurkan dengan garam dan ragi instan
- Masukkan air hangat dan minyak zaitun sambil diuleni selama 10 menit, bulatkan adonan
- Diamkan adonan sekitar 15 menit. Giling lalu masukkan dalam loyang pizza diameter 24 cm yang telah dioles minyak zaitun
- Adonan siap ditutup topping
- Panaskan minyak zaitun. Tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombai sampai layu selama 5 menit
- Masukkan tomat parut, tomat kaleng, dan pasta tomat. Masak sampai kental sambil diaduk sampai meletup-letup
- Masukkan garam, gula, oregano dan basil. Aduk sebentar lalu angkat dan dinginkan.
- Panaskan Minyak Zaitun, tumis daging cincang dan ayam cincang sampai berubah warna, angkat. Campur dengan concase. Aduk rata.
- Tipiskan kulit pizza, oleskan minyak zaitun dan concase.
- Taburkan bawang bombay, paprika hijau, paprika merah, daging asap, jamur oregano, dan keju mozarella.
- Oven Selama 20 menit dalam suhu 200 derajat celcius.

Mangkuk. Tambahkan
air dan aduk
aduk. Biarkan diamkan selama dua menit.
Tambahkan minyak dan aduk lagi. Tambahkan tepung dan aduk sampai adonan bisa di bentuk.
Ternyata pada permukaan datar dan uleni selama sekitar 10 menit.
Bagi adonan menjadi tiga

Oxtails

3 pounds oxtails (I Prefer the smaller ones)
1 onion chopped
2 stalks of celery chopped
1 carrot chopped
1 head of garlic, cloves peeled,
salt
pepper
fresh rosemary minced
1 or 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
1 cup red wine
beef broth (enough to cover meat)
Brown oxtails in small batches so that they brown and don't steam.
Remove from pan and add chopped onions, carrots and celery. Brown vegetables and add the head of peeled garlic cloves,
Add red wine, beef broth, chopped fresh rosemary, salt, pepper and a squirt of tomato paste. Cover and simmer until the oxtails are tender. Remove oxtails. Skim off fat and then whisk using a stick blender to puree the liquid with the vegetables to thicken the sauce.

INGREDIENTS
2-1/2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
Brown Butter
5 tablespoons butter
Additional salt and pepper to taste
Optional: Add chopped parsley to the dough.
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt and nutmeg. If using parsley add to dry ingredients. Add the eggs and milk; stir until thoroughly combined. Let dough rest about 15 minutes before cooking. Heat a large pot of lightly salted water until boiling. Add the spaetzle and cook until done, about 3 to minutes. The dumplings will float when done. Drain well. Brown the butter in a small saucepan or skillet. Place the spaetzle in a serving dish and pour the butter on top. Season with salt and pepper; toss well to combine. Serve immediately.

* Cooked egg noodles
Directions
Sprinkle the steak strips with House Seasoning to light cover them, and then dust with flour. In a large skillet, quickly brown them on both sides in the olive oil and butter. Remove the steak from the pan. Add the onion slices and mushrooms to the pan drippings. Saute for a few minutes, until the onion is tender. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon flour. Put the steak back into the pan with the onion and mushrooms. Add the mushroom soup and beef broth. Cook over low heat for about 30 minutes, covered. Adjust seasoning to taste, adding salt and pepper, as needed. Stir in the sour cream the last few minutes, right before you serve. Serve over cooked noodles.
